Sweet Cream Cheese Filled Crepes

Filling Ingredients:

1 lb cottage cheese

1 block cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla

Crepes Ingredients:

1.5 cups milk

3 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup oil

1 cup flour

 

 

Directions:

  1. Make filling, mix all the ingredients together to get a cream consistency.
  2. For the crepes, blend all ingredients together.
  3. Fry each crepe for about 2 mins or until edges become slightly golden.
  4. Flip and fry for about 5 seconds and take off heat.
  5. Spread about 3 tbsp of the filling on each crepe and roll (see video)
  6. Cut in the middle of the crepe, then cut off the edges and place in a glass container to put in fridge.
  7. To reheat and serve, help 1 tbsp butter on low and fry until golden.

Serve with condensed milk, whip cream, as is, or with some Nutella and raspberries.
