Pro Tips for Air fryer Tilapia
In order to have the fish perfect, not too dry and rubbery and not undercooked there are a few tips I would like to share.
- If you made the potatoes in the air fryer first, the air fryer will be very well preheated and the fish will be done in 8 minutes.
- Cooking the tilapia first it will take a little bit longer especially if the fish is still frozen. If the fish is frozen cook it for about 15 mins. Check it with a fork to see if the inside of the fish is white and flaky then it is ready. If you see some pink in it then add 1 minute at a time. If the fish is done, it will be 145 degrees F internally.
- Yes you can cook this fish frozen.
