Easy Dinner Potatoes with Saurkraut

Super delicious easy dinner. Saurkraut is a very healthy fermented cabbage.

Sauerkraut is finely cut raw cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria. It has a long shelf life and a distinctive sour flavor, both of which result from the lactic acid formed when the bacteria ferment the sugars in the cabbage leaves.

Back in the day, fermented foods were a way to store food for longer periods of time without having it go bad. Saurkraut improves digestion, boosts your immune system, promotes healthy heart, reduces stress and helps brain function.

 

Potatoes

Avocado Oil

Garlic powder

Paprika

Onion powder

Salt

Air fry for 20 mins at 385 d F

Serve with Rosemary

Sauerkraut with sunflower oil.
